‘STOP and Read this Story. This is my Black Son’s Life’

The teenagers of Kimberly-Clark Deputy GC Shonn Brown, Neiman Marcus Assistant GC Tasha Grinnell and Texas Judge Monica Purdy – all African Americans – were ordered to leave the parking lot at Sonic last Friday night or the police would be called. Sonic did not do the same for groups of white teens who were there. Now, the parents are taking a very public stand to show that systemic racism is still prevalent and that they intend to do something about it.
